Event Organisers – Your Options
If you are organising an event and you decide you may need cushions for the seats or the floor then you have various options.
- Hire Service : You can hire the relevant indoor / outdoor cushions from us and we will deliver to suit and then collect after your event.
- Typically used for small events such as church halls, small conferences or meetings, weddings and pantos. We provide the Tate Modern with cushions for events when people sit on the floor.
- Hire and Distribution Service : You can hire the cushions and we will arrive at your event and put out all the cushions on the seats and collect them all after and take them away.
- Typically used for large conferences, VIP areas at concerts or hospitality guests at events. In the past we have provided cushions for M&S and HSBC conferences at NEC and Earls Court.
- Full Hire Service : For larger public events British Cushions can provide a full hire service. British Cushions would be on site hiring cushions to the general public and collecting in afterwards. There would be NO COSTS to the organisers. British Cushions would then pay a percentage commission to be on site. This is a great way to offer customers at large events the option of being more comfortable. The event organiser has no costs or hassles. They simply allow British Cushions on site to do all the work and then receive a cheque at the end.
- This type of service is used at large sporting or spectator events such as The Aegon Tennis Championships at Queens and The Cartier International Polo Event at Guards Polo.
